Résumé

L’étude sur les mouvements migratoires n’est pas sans conséquences sur la population. Les migrations affectent, d’une part, le développement intégré de l’arrondissement d’Ikpinlè et d’autre part, ils influencent le mode de vie des populations autochtones.

La démarche méthodologique utilisée comprend la collecte et le traitement des données, et l’analyse des résultats grâce au modèle SWOT.

Les résultats obtenus montrent que 85 % des migrations à Ikpinlè sont des migrants économiques. Ces mouvements (départ et arrivée), sont une potentialité du développement. Ainsi, en 2014 les taxes perçues auprès des immigrants représentent 2 % du budget communal. Ces mouvements participent à la vulgarisation des langues locales et génèrent des taxes et impôts pour l’arrondissement soit 25 % de l’économie local selon le résultat des recherches du terrain. Les contraintes qui entravent le bon déroulement des activités des immigrants sont les tracasseries douanières, le coût élevé des taxes et impôts ainsi que la concurrence. Face à cette situation, les autorités promettent une meilleure organisation des activités des immigrants et une amélioration de leurs prestations, il faut mettre en place une cellule d’accompagnement chargée du suivi et de l’installation des immigrants.

Abstract:

The study on the migratory movements is not without consequences on the population. The migrations affect, on one hand, the development integrated of the district of Ikpinlè and on the other hand, they influence the lifestyle of the aboriginal population.

The used methodological approach (initiative) includes the collection and the data processing, and the analysis of the results (profits) thanks to the model SWOT.

The obtained results (profits) show that 85 % of the migrations to Ikpinlè are economic migrants. These movements (departure and arrival), is a potentiality of the development. So, in 2014 taxes perceived (collected) with the immigrants represent 2 % of the municipal budget. These movements participate in the popularization of the local languages (tongues) and generate taxes and taxes for the district that is local 25 % of the economy according to the result (profit) of the searches (researches) for the ground. The constraints which hinder the good progress of the activities of the immigrants are the customs harassments. The high cost of taxes and taxes as well as the competition (competitors). In the face of(in front of) this situation, the authorities promise a better organization of the activities of the immigrants and an improvement of their services(performances), it is necessary to set up a cell(unit) of support(accompaniment) in charge of the follow-up and the installation of the immigrant.
