RESUME

Cette étude porte sur les performances sociale et financière de CLCAM d’Ikpinlè. Spécifiquement, on s’est donné comme objectifs d’analyser les performances financière et sociale de cette structure puis analyser la relation entre ces deux performances. A cet effet, parlant de la performance financière, nous avons utilisé au cours de notre étude les indicateurs de mesures élaborées par la BCEAO. Nous avons aussi élaboré un questionnaire à partir de l’outil SPI qui nous a servi de calculer les indicateurs de la performance sociale. Au terme de l’étude, nous avons constaté qu’au niveau des performances financière, que la CLAM d’Ikpinlè a un niveau acceptable. Concernant la performance sociale, les indicateurs de la CLCAM d’Ikpinlè traduisent en majorité que le principe interne de l’institution sont appropriés pour l’atteinte des objectifs sociaux qu’elle s’est fixées. Par conséquent, elle est socialement peu performante. Par ailleurs, l’absence d’une politique fixant le niveau de rendement attendu au regard des objectifs sociaux fixés, ne permet pas à l’institution à la fois d’assurer sa viabilité financière et d’atteindre ses objectifs sociaux.

ABSTRACT

This survey is about the performances social and financial of CLCAM of Ikpinlè. Specifically, one gave itself like objectives to analyze the performances then financial and social of this structure to analyze the relation between these two performances. To this effect, talking of the financial performance, we used during our survey the elaborate measure indicators by the BCEAO. We also elaborated a questionnaire from the SPI tool that served us to calculate the indicators of the social performance. To the term of the survey, we noted that to the level of the performances financial, that the CLAM of Ikpinlè has an acceptable level. Concerning the social performance, the indicators of the CLCAM of Ikpinlè translate in majority that the internal principle of the institution is appropriated for the social objective reach that it set. Therefore, it is socially little effective. Otherwise, the absence of a politics fixing the level of output waited to the social objective look fixed, doesn’t allow the institution at a time to assure its financial viability and to reach its social objectives.
